Equipment Return

Equipment return day is Saturday, November 16th from 8:00 am-10:00 am.  Equipment will be collected at the practice field shed on Pottle St.

Returns must start and end promptly during those times. The returns will be located at the equipment shed at the Pottle St practice field.  THIS WILL BE THE ONLY DATE TO RETURN EQUIPMENT.  THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!! We cannot stress this enough.  If you cannot make it, please arrange with a neighbor, family member, or friend to bring your equipment to the field.  There will not be any drop offs at houses etc after the return date.  We are not planning a makeup date for returns since the complex will be closed for the winter.  If you fail to return your equipment on 11/16//2019, your equipment deposit check WILL BE CASHED!  Details are below:


You must return the following items:

Helmet, shoulder pads, game pants, practice pants and shirt, home and away game shirts. Equipment must be returned CLEAN!  Home and Away game shirts should be paired up and folded together.
 
Please remove mouth guards from helmets.

Once each player's equipment is checked and found to be in acceptable condition, we will return your deposit check to you.  If equipment is damaged, we will assess the damage and deal with each situation individually.
